Low Light - Feb 24
Saturday February 24, 2024
NOTE- Registration closes February 19, 2024
1:00 pm to 8:00 pm
ETTS Range - Waxahachie, Tx
This training is suitable for competent shooters, and safe weapons handling is vital. Students will learn low-light tactics, along with techniques for using both handheld and weapon mounted lights. The training will focus on how the environment and conditions dictate the tactics and methods. Decreased visibility increases the difficulty of threat identification and the importance of using cover.
Students will have the option to train with handgun or handgun and rifle. This class will focus on both handheld and if equipped, weapon mounted lights. Class times will span both daylight and nighttime hours so students will have the opportunity to practice techniques during the daylight before applying them in a low-light environment. Low-light scenarios will allow the application of the presented skills.
Prerequisite: Students should have established fundamentals and weapons handling skills. Adherence to safety protocols is mandatory. For the safety of all participants, major safety violations or uncorrected minor violations will result in removal from training.
Safe weapons handling is more important than your marksmanship skills.
Attendees exhibiting unsafe weapons handling will be removed from training without a refund.
Range Fees are an additional $20
